The chips were a bit blonde and the fish batter could’ve been crispier. Maybe oil wasn’t hot enough. The fish is hake.

ordered fish, chips and spring rolls: Fish is smaller than usual with batter recipe changed , Chip portion is very lite ( understood there was a weigh and measure in NZ that needed to adhered to.) Spring rolls still very tasty just got smaller

Best battered fish cooked under done. Batter is litelly crisp the fish is soft an has a lovely texture. Overall best fish I have had in the whole of Wellington Region.
