Moby Dick's Dive Centre currently does not accept credit cards for online transactions, however we do accept them instore.
NZ Bank Deposit
Moby Dick's Dive Centre feels this is the safest and most secure form of payment available.

Delivery Information
Orders placed before 11:00am PST for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped the next day, providing payment has been received in our NZ Bank Account. Orders placed after 11:00am PST and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery of in stock merchandise.

International Orders
Moby Dick's Dive Centre is not able to process orders for delivery world wide. Please visit you local Dive Store for your products.

Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return your merchandise because the goods are faulty, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Handling
Moby Dick's Dive Centre offers a variety of different delivery schedules, most deliveries will go out with Fastway Couriers or NZ Couriers.
